Regular and occasion dresses take approximately 2 weeks to prepare.

Bridal dresses take approximately 4 weeks to prepare.

These are estimated production times and may occasionally be longer.

Unless specifically offered on the product page, we do not accept requests to change the color, neckline, length, sleeves, embellishments, fabric, or other design elements.

You can request changes within 24 hours of placing your order.

After 24 hours, your order may already have entered production and changes may no longer be possible.

Orders can generally be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed.

After 24 hours, cancellation may no longer be possible, especially once production has started.

Yes. We offer free worldwide shipping.

After your dress has been completed and dispatched, delivery generally takes approximately 7–10 days.

Please remember that this is in addition to the production time.

You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched, where tracking is available.

Delivery times are estimates. Delays can occur due to customs, the shipping carrier, weather, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your dress has a confirmed manufacturing defect or is materially different from what you ordered, please contact us so we can review the issue.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and send clear photographs and/or videos showing the issue.

If the defect is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with our policies and applicable law.

Depending on the dress, you may choose an available standard size or provide custom measurements.

Because our dresses are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges simply because the wrong standard size was selected.

Yes. Where custom sizing is available, you can provide your own measurements instead of selecting a standard size.

After placing your order, you will receive the measurements required and instructions on how to take them.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the measurements you provide.

A dress made according to incorrect measurements supplied by the customer is generally not eligible for a return, refund, or remake for that reason.

Our dresses are made according to the size or measurements provided at the time of purchase.

If minor alterations are needed after delivery, you may have the dress professionally altered locally. Alteration costs are the customer's responsibility unless the alteration is required due to a confirmed manufacturing defect or another circumstance covered by applicable law.

Shipping generally takes an additional 7–10 days after dispatch.
